For 24 years, I poured my heart into education — as a teacher, instructional coach, and principal. I learned early on that the most powerful thing you can give someone isn't information. It's the belief that they are capable of more than they think.

That conviction didn't just shape my career. It changed my life.

My own journey of growth and healing led me to life coach certification, where everything clicked. I discovered that the same God who designed our brains also gave them a miraculous ability to be renewed — and that biblical truth and brain science aren't at odds. They work beautifully together.

Through 30 years of marriage, raising three boys, and walking through my own seasons of struggle and breakthrough, I've learned this: God doesn't waste a single part of your story. Every hard chapter has a purpose. Every valley has prepared you for something greater.
